I bought these trivets because they were so pretty and didn't really expect to use them. They actually work great. They don't burn or stick to anything. They are very lightweight and are easy to pick up with one hand and toss onto the table while holding a pot (like no one else ever forgets to put a trivet down first!) I use them more than any other trivet I own now.

Took these camping and am so impressed!!! They held up great!!! Set my wok right off the fire on them and there's no damage whatsoever! Didn't even melt the plastic table cloth they were sitting on!! I bought theses Wood Trivets For Hot Dishes due to many wonderful reviews. When I received them, I found them to be more beautiful than the pictures .They are great for keeping my hot pans off my kitchen counter and table when I am serving dinner and they are very functional. These trivets however are sturdy, elegant and does not cost $$$.

Just a great purchase, I've always use porcelain or metal holders, but I saw this wooden handmade trivets and decided to give it a try, wow, just wow, the clean look on our table and that it can be use to hold almost everything.

She has a beautiful new dining room table, the nicest one she has ever owned, and I wanted to help her preserve the luster and color and certainly do no harm to her lovely table. The solution was using these attractive trivets under each plate. They work beautifully. The wood of the table is protected from heat by the wood in the trivet. I am very pleased with this result. She must be pleased too, as she leaves them on her table whether or not a meal is being served, because they are, by themselves, very attractive.

So far, they've worked as they should. I really like the design and they don't take up space. I put dishes right out the oven and onto the holders with no issue. Just be mindful of what sort of table or counter you have. If you know certain things won't like the steam coming from the dish or pot, put two down to elevate the dish and let off the steam. Don't try doing that with a table that's coated in gloss and then complain about the wax-like water spot. Use wisdom. All of that said, I would buy these again.

They were gorgeous right out of the box, and then I used a little bit of bees oil to shine them up a little bit more and bring out some more of the color. I have used them continuously for almost a year now. and I love them even more. I plan on giving these as giving these as Christmas gifts this upcoming year (2024) for my family.

I've never seen anything like this before and when I saw it I knew I had to get it. It came beautifully packaged and did not disappoint! It's functional as well as nice to look at. In fact, it's so darling that I decided to put it on my fireplace mantel as a decoration and only use the trivets for their intended purpose for special occasions so it lasts longer. The wood is nice, and the color is beautiful. A very well made piece that I know I'll enjoy for many years to come.

I cook a lot and I often find myself digging in the towel/pot holder/trivet drawer looking for a trivet when I need one. I like that these can sit out on the counter, blend in nicely without taking up too much space and are available right when I need them. I've had no issues with the fact that they only lie flat when something is put on them. They are sturdy and keep a nice amount of space between the pot and the counter. Overall, they look good and they do the job they were intended for, what more can you ask of a trivet?

I needed wood trivets that would harmonize with warm wood colors. This fit the bill with no strong yellow coloring.

The tree is 10" high, and each of the 3 trivets is 8" in diameter. Note that the trivets will not open and lay flat on their own, they need to have something placed on them in order to lay flat, which you would be doing anyway. The top 2 trivets are removed from the tree by simply lifting off the stand, while the bottom one must be squeezed in order to lift it over the bump that separates the bottom two. I set a bowl of near boiling water on one trivet, and there was no damage or discoloration.
